We always strive to do as mush as possible before we are on the event site. The planning and preparation process is key to a time and cost effective successful project.
We handle all of the most common design and CAD file types. Our main tool for drawings, renders, cable management, documentation, etc is Vectorworks.
Clear and good communication with all parties involved in the projects requires good tools and good project management. We are working with softwares and processes that ensure that the right people get the right information. We do not want anyone to waste time reading emails that do not concern them. We have better ways of working.
We have traveled the world, learned from the best and also been part of some of the biggest productions in the world. Tours with Beyoncé, The Killers, Roxette and TV-Shows like Eurovision Song Contest, Idols, Talent, Masked Singer are just a few of the productions we have had key roles in. We are using all that experience to do better projects.
The experience we have from small town festivals and the experience from festivals like Lollapalooza or Roskilde Festival are all important in different ways in our constant aim to do better projekts. The same goes for arena E-gaming events and small horse shows. Totally different events but we learn a lot from both types of events and we bring the experience with us for all our upcoming projects.
A lot is different between typical entertainment projects and corporate meetings and fairs. But for us the biggest part of the foundation is the same. We are using the same processes, tools, etc for a TV-show as we use when we are doing product lounges for the worlds biggest furniture or car companies.
Together with our partners we are doing complete solutions for you including for example: Catering, Event Security, Crowd control, Machinery, Dressing Rooms, Transport, Stageing, Backline, Event Flooring, Production Offices, Radios and Intercom, Network, Accreditation systems, etc.
Of course we coordinate and plan everything so you just need to have one point of contact.
